WHO IS VANSAD?

VANSAD Automation Limited is a Caribbean-based Process and Automation Solutions and Services company, with over 20 years of experience. Our ownership and senior management are based in Canada. Our team consist of 33 employees across Canada, Trinidad and Jamaica. From Trinidad we support the Eastern Caribbean Islands, Guyana and Suriname and our Jamaica team is dedicated to supporting Jamaica.

To better support our customers, we focus our solutions on four main areas:

The Company is a Registered System Integrator for Rockwell Automation and AVEVA. We are also a Certified System Integrator and IoT Provider for OPTO22. We make Automation, SCADA, and IoT Affordable and Reliable.

Continuous Improvement - To continue to grow and develop we must determine what strategies and solutions are working and what are not. Build on our proven strategies and find new ones that work. To achieve this, we hold bi-annual reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses in our work processes, safety systems and human resources to implement improvement. Customer surveys and feedback are also reviewed to identifying weaknesses in our technical support and service support to our customers.

Compliant Resolution - Complaints are reviewed to determine the root cause, to identify and implement timely solutions and to provide feedback to the affected party.
